Description

The Director of Utilization Management (UM) for Physical Health will administer and coordinate physical health utilization management activities for Alliance, overseeing medical necessity reviews, authorization systems, vendor compliance, staff development, workflows, data analysis, and interdepartmental collaboration. The role is full-time and remote, with the selected candidate required to reside in North Carolina and travel to the Morrisville, North Carolina home office for onsite team meetings as needed. The position requires a nursing degree and substantial experience in utilization management, clinical care, or healthcare management, and offers an annual salary of $119,264 to $152,062 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in acute clinical utilization review
Experience in patient care delivery, patient care provider management, or healthcare project management
