3M’s Services LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide personalized, compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, de-escalation, social and recreational participation, multidisciplinary care planning, and documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, behavior-management knowledge, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, physical ability to lift and transfer individuals, strong communication skills, and familiarity with HIPAA confidentiality requirements. The position is available full-time, part-time, or contract.
