3M’s Services LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide personalized, compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, de-escalation, social and recreational participation, multidisciplinary care planning, and documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, behavior-management knowledge, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, physical ability to lift and transfer individuals, strong communication skills, and familiarity with HIPAA confidentiality requirements. The position is available full-time, part-time, or contract, with pay of $14.00 to $25.00.
