Description
Instructure is hiring a Director, AI Transformation to establish and operate an AI Center of Excellence. The role will build shared AI infrastructure, governance, security, privacy, quality monitoring, and an AI roadmap; define impact metrics; create training and enablement programs; and lead a decentralized operating model. The director will also hire, coach, and develop AI engineers and administrators, reporting to the SVP, Data. The position requires at least 12 years of technology, data, or product experience, including 5 years leading teams, plus 2 years working directly with AI or machine-learning systems.
