Description
The role partners with the Chief Technology Officer and senior business leaders to align technology architecture, roadmaps, and delivery plans with strategic business objectives. It oversees the design, development, and operation of applications and services using modern digital technology, agile practices, and DevOps models; leads cross-functional teams; evaluates cloud, microservices, big data, and AI solutions; manages technology plans, budgets, and policies; and ensures security, data protection, and regulatory compliance. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 10–15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, with insurance industry experience preferred.
