Description
Dashiell is hiring a Director of Engineering to provide executive-level leadership for its electrical substation engineering function, covering technical direction, quality, client relationships, talent development, proposals, and full P&L accountability. The role is based in the Raleigh office and reports to the Vice President of Engineering. Candidates must have an electrical engineering degree, at least 16 years of substation engineering experience including senior leadership, an active Professional Engineer license, extensive high-voltage design experience, and strong business development and client-management capabilities.
