Description
The Director of Finance serves as a senior leader reporting to the CFO, responsible for strengthening the finance function into a strategic business partner. The role leads financial reporting, monthly close, performance analysis, process and systems transformation, team leadership, governance, controls, and risk management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including people leadership, with CPA, CMA, or MBA experience preferred.
