Director, Student Affairs Assessment, Research and Planning at University of North Carolina Wilmington

UNCW is hiring a permanent, full-time Director, Student Affairs Assessment, Research and Planning to lead the Division’s assessment initiatives, strategic planning, accreditation compliance, and student development and co-curricular learning-outcome projects. The role manages annual reporting, supervises a Research Analyst and 1–2 graduate assistants, and provides expertise in assessment design, sampling, data analysis, reporting, and staff training. A master’s degree and at least three years of assessment research experience emphasizing learning evaluation are required, along with experimental research, survey design, data analysis, and statistical reporting experience.
