EquipmentShare is hiring a District Operations Manager for its Colorado Springs, Colorado district. The role leads branch operations, builds and develops teams, conducts performance reviews, reviews profit and loss and operational metrics, coordinates with location managers, and maintains safe and compliant work environments. The position requires at least five years of rental industry experience, preferably in management, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, strong communication and leadership skills, and a results-oriented approach.
