The DoD Enterprise IT O&M Program Manager owns performance, staffing, subcontractor integration, risk, contract financials, cybersecurity compliance, and mission continuity for a consolidated enterprise IT, network, engineering, cybersecurity, and service-delivery program across multiple secure government installations. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years managing comparable IT, network, or cybersecurity O&M contracts, 5+ years as a Program/Project Manager on a DoD or comparable federal program, and an active Top Secret clearance. It is a hybrid position in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area with recurring installation travel estimated at up to 25% and occasional after-hours support.
