CDMS is hiring a full-time EHS Project Manager for its Pleasanton, California office, serving clients across the Bay Area. The role owns EHS projects from scoping through delivery, develops health and safety programs, prepares regulatory compliance documentation, supports permitting and audits, delivers client training, and partners with proposals and environmental specialists. Candidates need 5 to 10 years of environmental consulting experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong California EHS knowledge, project management and communication skills, and a valid California driver's license. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement after onboarding, compensation of $100,000-$140,000, and medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
