Conexon is hiring a full-time Electric Distribution Construction Supervisor to oversee onsite make-ready supervision for electric distribution construction supporting fiber-to-the-home deployments. The role manages engineering and construction contractors, evaluates make-ready solutions, coordinates scheduling and production, verifies work, reconciles invoices, controls costs, and reports weekly status. The position is field-based, requires travel within the footprint, and pays $35–$40 depending on experience, with overtime and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
