Description
The Electrical Installation and Maintenance Technician leads and performs electrical installations, alterations, additions, and repairs across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The role includes troubleshooting, conduit installation, switchgear and control wiring, terminations, wire pulls, trenching, safety inspections, and training helpers and apprentices. It requires an accredited apprenticeship program completion or six years of on-the-job electrical experience, a journeyman license where required, and the ability to work at heights, in varied weather, and in physically demanding construction environments.
