ABB is hiring a Services Field Application Engineer to provide technical support to the Regional Commercial team on field-service proposals for power delivery, power utilization, and automation equipment and systems. The role develops value-added service solutions, presents technical proposals, leads site assessments and cost estimates, and coordinates with sourcing and operations. It is a remote position for candidates located in the Western United States who can travel 50% of the time within their coverage area. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent high-school diploma/GED with substantial experience, along with strong communication, leadership, and customer-focused problem-solving skills. The expected annual salary is $98,700 to $157,920, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
