Description

Vadum Inc. is looking for a visionary Electronic Warfare Systems Architect to lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of advanced RF and digital processing systems. The role involves defining end-to-end radar and EW system architectures, decomposing mission requirements, leading architecture trade studies, establishing technical roadmaps, and serving as a technical lead or chief engineer on radar/EW programs. Key responsibilities also include mentoring engineering teams, guiding the development of advanced signal processing techniques like pulse compression, detection algorithms, beamforming, target tracking, emitter detection, and integrating machine learning for RF signal classification. The architect will align algorithm development with hardware constraints, define digital signal processing requirements, support integration and validation, and review technical designs. Additionally, they will engage with customers and contribute to proposals, identifying technical risks and supporting long-term technology planning.
