Description
Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is hiring an Embedded Testing Lead Engineer to lead design verification and validation, test automation, and laboratory testing for RPP, DCPD, and PDU products. The role owns test strategies and plans, develops automated test frameworks using technologies such as LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, Robot Framework, and C#, supports HiL/MiL/SiL validation, ATE and laboratory systems, regression and qualification testing, CI/CD integration, regulatory and UL activities, and cross-functional product delivery. The position is hybrid in Raleigh, North Carolina, or Richmond, Virginia, with relocation available and approximately 10% travel between the two locations. The expected annual salary is $105,000 to $154,000, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
