The University of Colorado Colorado Springs is hiring an Emergency Management Program Director to lead the university's emergency management program, develop preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery plans, coordinate with government and academic stakeholders, conduct training and exercises, manage resources and communications, and support regional emergency preparedness activities. The role is on-site in Colorado Springs, pays $67,449–$93,033 annually, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in emergency management, public safety, or a related field, emergency management or public safety leadership experience, strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration experience, training and exercise experience, completion of specified Incident Command System courses, and a valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
