Description

North Carolina Advanced Energy Corporation (Advanced Energy) is seeking an Engineer/Associate Engineer to join their team. This hybrid position involves providing consulting and commissioning services for integrating Inverter-Based Resources (IBRs) into the grid, focusing on transmission-connected IBRs. The role requires assisting in facility reviews, assessing design quality, troubleshooting issues, performing engineering analysis, and supporting deployment of new technologies. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background in the energy industry, particularly in transmission and distribution grids, and possess strong technical knowledge.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: engineering experience in inverter based resources, generator interconnection, transmission or distribution systems, or related technical work experience
