Description
ARES is hiring an Engineering & Operations Manager to support NASA’s Artemis mission and the KLXS contract within the KLXS Program Office. The role leads engineering, project management, and operations activities; manages approximately 35 employees and subcontractors; develops employee growth plans; ensures performance and compliance; and provides technical support to NASA and other customers. The position requires a bachelor of science in engineering, at least five years of line-management experience with more than eight direct reports, NASA and KSC experience, and onsite work five days per week at Kennedy Space Center.
