McKim & Creed is hiring an Engineering Designer, Land Development for its Wilmington office. The role provides civil engineering design services, prepares computations and assessments, produces construction drawings, technical specifications, and bid documents, and coordinates with project managers and design teams. Candidates need a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering, proficiency in CAD Civil 3D, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to complete design work within budget and schedule. Land development project experience, an FE exam and E.I./E.I.T., and North Carolina residency are preferred.
