Description
Brex is hiring an Engineering Manager to build and lead a new full-stack team within its Travel group. The role will define the team’s mandate, set technical and product direction, ship a customer-facing travel product, hire and onboard engineers, coach and mentor staff, and partner with Travel, Expenses, and Product. The position is based in Brex’s Seattle office in a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three coordinated office days per week, with up to four weeks of fully remote work per year. The expected salary range is $240,000 CAD to $300,000 CAD, with equity and other compensation potentially included.
