Description
The role manages a team of engineers while owning the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned technical project areas. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, workload assignment, agile and DevOps project management, technical guidance and code review, risk and technical-debt management, and reporting to the Director, Technology. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5–8 years of technology or engineering experience including at least two years in people management, and hands-on software, systems, or infrastructure expertise.
