Description
Miter is hiring an Engineering Manager for Financials to build and lead a small engineering team from the ground up while also shipping 0-to-1 financial products for construction contractors. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, including hiring, coaching, architecture, delivery, reliability, roadmap ownership, and direct partnership with the CEO and early customers. It requires senior or staff-level engineering experience, experience launching new product lines, and experience in a complex, correctness-critical domain such as fintech, payments, or payroll. The role is hybrid for candidates within a reasonable commute to New York City or San Francisco.
