Ledgy is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a hands-on feature-team of engineers building compensation and savings products, including equity plans, pensions, carry, deferred compensation, and related vesting flows. The role combines engineering leadership, technical and product direction, code reviews, architecture discussions, team coaching, and responsible AI-assisted engineering. Candidates need at least two years of engineering management experience and six years as a software engineer, preferably in product-focused or domain-heavy work. The role is remote across the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Poland, and Romania, with a hybrid model for London candidates.
