Watershed is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Cloud Infrastructure team to lead and scale a world-class engineering team. The role involves managing the Cloud Infrastructure team, inspiring growth, recruiting new talent, adapting the team's vision, and collaborating with other functions. The manager will contribute a blend of technical, people, and product experience, and help shape the company culture. This position requires 2-5 years of direct engineering management experience, 8+ years of overall developer and management experience, a strong platform engineering background, hands-on experience with GCP or a comparable cloud provider, and B2B or enterprise SaaS experience. The role is based in San Francisco.
