Eaton is hiring an Engineering Manager, Embedded Linux Platforms to lead the execution and delivery of embedded Linux platform capabilities across new product introduction and sustaining engineering programs. The role manages globally distributed engineering teams, Agile delivery, platform integration and release processes, CI/CD, testing, capacity planning, risk escalation, and cross-functional dependencies. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, five years of embedded software experience, three years leading or coordinating engineering teams, and experience with embedded Linux, Agile, CI/CD, and release practices. The position is based within 50 miles of Beachwood, Ohio, Moon Township, Pennsylvania, or Raleigh, North Carolina, with no relocation offered and no company sponsorship.
