Description
Eaton is hiring an Engineering Manager - Embedded RTOS Platforms to lead the execution and delivery of embedded real-time operating system platform capabilities across new product introduction and sustaining engineering programs. The role manages globally distributed engineering teams, Agile delivery, platform integration and release, real-time performance, quality, risk, and cross-functional dependencies, with a team scope of approximately 10–15 engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least five years of embedded software experience, and must be performed by a candidate residing within 50 miles of Beachwood, Ohio, Moon Township, Pennsylvania, or Raleigh, North Carolina, without company sponsorship.
