The role combines people leadership, technical and product direction, code reviews, architecture discussions, and responsible AI-assisted engineering. Candidates need at least two years of engineering management experience and six years as a software engineer, with meaningful product-focused or domain-heavy experience. The position is remote across the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Poland, and Romania, with a hybrid model for London candidates.
