Phenom is hiring an Engineering Manager – Product Engineering in Hyderabad, India, to lead a high-performing team building and scaling core platform capabilities for its AI-driven talent experience platform. The role owns end-to-end engineering delivery, scalable distributed-system architecture, microservices and cloud-native development, reliability and incident management, and the hiring, mentoring, and development of software engineers. It requires 10+ years of software engineering experience in product development organizations, 4+ years leading engineering teams, and experience with Java or similar languages, AWS or Azure, NoSQL databases, and cross-functional product environments.
