Medtronic is hiring an Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives across the Peripheral Vascular Health business. The role covers quality programs, manufacturing risk reduction, AI integration, compliance, operational performance, executive communication, and organizational change management across multiple manufacturing sites and external contract manufacturers. It requires a bachelor’s degree plus at least five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus at least three years of relevant experience. The position may include onsite and remote work for U.S. candidates and offers a base salary of $142,400 to $213,600 annually, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
