Description
The Engineering Technician I (Structural Detailer) assists the lead Project Engineer in developing structural drawings for substations and other structures in the electric utilities industry. Responsibilities include creating detailed steel fabrication drawings, erection plans, foundation plans, and coordination with the project team. Candidates must be detail-oriented, eager to learn structural steel and foundation detailing practices, and proficient in AWS & AISC codes. Experience with AutoCAD and strong communication skills are also important.
