Description
The role performs field and laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials such as soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel; transports samples; prepares and submits reports; maintains equipment and work areas; and may assist with technician scheduling and dispatch. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant experience, computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and relevant materials-testing certifications, with additional certifications preferred.
