Entegris is hiring for its Engineering Leadership Development Program, a three-year rotational training and development program for new-to-market or early-career engineers. Participants complete assignments in Manufacturing and Product engineering, followed by a final assignment in Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality, with mentorship, project work, and online learning. The program culminates in a permanent engineering placement and offers $77,500 per year for bachelor’s-level candidates or $82,500 per year for master’s-level candidates, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits. The program start date is June 21, 2027, and Entegris does not provide immigration-related sponsorship.
