Energy Northwest is hiring a Strategic Planning Program Manager to lead its strategic planning program and strategic performance reporting processes. The role maintains the agency’s strategic planning framework, coordinates planning activities with executive leadership, departments, member utilities, the Executive Board, and the Board of Directors, develops strategic scorecards and performance measures, monitors organizational progress, and promotes alignment across the organization. The position requires onsite work in Richland, Washington and offers an annual salary of $126,362 to $157,952, plus an at-risk compensation incentive plan and benefits.
