Olive Recruiting is seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator for a full-time, direct-hire manufacturing role in Carrollton, Texas. The position operates machinery, loads and unloads parts, monitors production quality, follows work instructions and safety procedures, uses measuring tools, reports issues, and assists with machine setup and changeovers. Candidates should have 1–5 years of machine operation, production, or manufacturing experience, basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
