Description
PCA is seeking a full-time Environmental Engineer to support mill safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory programs. The role maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; manages environmental programs, audits, inspections, and agency reporting; evaluates mill systems and capital projects; identifies and resolves environmental issues; and supports training, compliance procedures, project planning, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical, environmental, civil engineering, or a related field, 0–4 years of process or environmental engineering experience, U.S. work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with specified software. Knowledge of pulp and paper operations, wastewater treatment, instrumentation, and control systems is preferred. The starting salary range is $86,000–$90,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days of employment.
