Description
The role leads the enterprise Epic training program across DSOHF, overseeing training strategy, curriculum, staff, readiness, effectiveness, and ongoing optimization for Epic implementations, upgrades, workflow changes, and new functionality. Responsibilities include managing the training team, developing training materials and standards, coordinating training for system changes, assessing readiness with application and clinical stakeholders, establishing training plans and milestones, monitoring completion and competency, supporting go-live activities, standardizing processes across facilities, and reporting performance and risks to Epic leadership.
