Description
The Event Producer coordinates materials, supplies, classroom and breakout-room setup, AV and technology, participant logistics, rehearsals, and event closure for virtual and face-to-face training events. The role supports facilitators by handling participant technical issues, managing interactive tools, monitoring breakout rooms, and maintaining session flow, while also serving as the principal contact for the delivery team. It requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, strong Microsoft and virtual-meeting skills, and up to 50% travel to Colorado Springs and client sites.
