The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide strategic and confidential support to multiple executive leaders, handling sensitive correspondence, coordinating meetings and calendars, preparing reports and presentations, managing expense reports and budgets, maintaining filing systems, and anticipating executive needs. The role requires at least four years of experience supporting senior leadership, Microsoft Office proficiency, project-management and organizational skills, and flexibility to work varying schedules and travel to multiple locations.
