Description
The Executive Assistant provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Chair of the Ophthalmology Department, coordinating academic, clinical, research, human resources, continuing medical education, medical student clerkship, budget, reporting, meetings, vendors, and equipment activities. The role requires strong organizational, communication, computer, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills, along with a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of general work experience, and offers a compensation range of $80,000–$85,000.
