The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership, managing complex priorities, sensitive information, communications, and logistics with independent judgment and adaptability. The role collaborates within a team, responds to changing business needs, and may include occasional work outside standard business hours. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in executive or administrative support; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, Lean or Six Sigma training, and healthcare experience are preferred.
