Bloedel is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative, organizational, project-management, and executive support to the President & CEO, while serving as a liaison to the Board of Trustees and its committees. The role coordinates calendars and meetings, prepares correspondence and reports, manages donor and leadership-team meetings, supports special projects, handles confidential information, and coordinates travel and office administration. It requires at least three years of relevant professional experience, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency, and the ability to work flexible hours. The position offers $27–$32 per hour and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
