Description
The Executive Assistant reports to the President and supports the President's Office and Management Committee through calendar and priority management, meeting coordination, document preparation, travel logistics, project follow-up, communications, and confidential record management. The role requires full bilingual French and English proficiency, a relevant college diploma or university degree, relevant coordination or executive-support experience, strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. The position is full-time, with an office presence of four days per week and benefits including group insurance, RRSPs, and other benefits.
