Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and correspondence, editing documents and presentations, handling confidential information, maintaining filings, and supporting office administrative tasks. The role requires a high school diploma, at least five years of experience serving as an assistant to a practice-management-level professional, strong writing and proofreading skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and a valid driver’s license; Notary Public status is preferred.
