The Seattle Housing Authority is hiring an Executive Assistant to support two department directors in the Policy, Research & Continuous Improvement and Intergovernmental Relations teams. The role combines legislative engagement, public-meeting research, policy tracking, executive scheduling, travel and expense coordination, confidential communications, office operations, vendor and contract support, and personnel assistance. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in an administrative or legislative support role, a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with the legislative process.
