Description
The Executive Assistant provides administrative and project-management support to officers of SEEL, LLC, including proposal and request-for-proposal coordination, program and project delivery, client and executive scheduling, travel, presentations, research, document preparation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong communication, analytical, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills, along with the ability to travel and work independently. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with an associate degree acceptable if accompanied by at least four years of experience; two or more years of executive-level program-support experience is required.
