Description
The Executive Assistant will support a Director and President through calendar and email management, project monitoring and reporting, business-process optimization, recordkeeping, vendor payments, purchasing, SharePoint administration, and meeting support. The role requires strong organization, computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, communication, problem-solving, and a growth mindset; post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management or 3–5+ years of office-administration experience is required, while finance, accounting, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint experience are desired. The schedule is 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
