The role is an administrative assistant supporting managing directors with correspondence, scheduling, business-trip and event organization, meeting preparation, office-supply ordering, reporting, presentations, statistics, and controlling and budgeting support. It requires commercial training or a comparable qualification, similar experience, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, German fluency, teamwork, numerical aptitude, and a solution-oriented approach.
