Description
The Executive Assistant supports the Chancellor’s Executive Director for Science and Technology Strategy and the Science and Technology Strategy team with scheduling, travel, meeting logistics, briefing materials, correspondence, reports, PowerPoint decks, budget expense reconciliation, and administrative coordination. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work autonomously in a complex university environment.
