Description
Aerostar is hiring an Executive Assistant to the President of the Aerostar Business Unit to serve as a high-trust executive partner. The role manages calendars, meetings, priorities, correspondence, expense reports, sensitive information, travel, and leadership events; coordinates enterprise stakeholders; and improves executive-office systems using Microsoft 365, travel and expense systems, AI, and automation. It requires a bachelor's degree preferred and 8–10 years of progressively responsible executive-support experience, with substantial support to a CEO, President, C-suite, or comparable enterprise executive. The position is primarily office-based with flexibility for events, travel changes, and time-sensitive needs, and includes health and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts or HSAs, EAP, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
